Muckatina Consulting Group operates as a marketing agency offering vacation packages in partnership with third-party travel providers and resorts.
2. Nature of Services
Muckatina Consulting Group is not a travel agency, resort, or hospitality provider. We do not own, operate, or manage any of the resorts, hotels, or travel services included in our promotional vacation packages.
We serve strictly as a marketing agency, facilitating access to promotional vacation offers that are typically tied to participation in a vacation club presentation.
3. Vacation Club Presentation Requirement
Most vacation packages offered through Muckatina Consulting Group require the attendee(s) to participate in a 90-minute vacation club presentation as a condition of the promotional rate.
Attendance at the presentation is mandatory to receive the full benefits of the promotional offer.
No purchase of a vacation club membership is required to attend the presentation or to qualify for the promotional vacation.
Failure to attend the presentation will result in forfeiture of the promotional package and any associated offers.
4. Free Look Policy (Florida TCPA Compliance)
In accordance with the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (TCPA) and applicable consumer protection regulations, we offer a Free Look Period:
Customers have a minimum of 10 days from the date of purchase to review and cancel their vacation package for a full refund.
To cancel during the Free Look Period, you must contact our Customer Service Department by phone or email.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Muckatina Consulting Group shall not be held liable for any actions, omissions, or service deficiencies caused by third-party providers, including but not limited to:
Resorts
Vacation clubs
Travel agents
Airlines
Transportation services
Any issues arising from accommodations, amenities, customer service, or cancellations by the travel provider must be addressed directly with the resort or service provider.
6. Payment Terms
All payments for vacation packages must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Accepted forms of payment include major credit/debit cards.
Billing statements may reflect charges from affiliated third-party processors.
7. Modification or Cancellation of Packages
Resorts and travel providers reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule vacations due to availability, operational constraints, or acts of nature. Muckatina Consulting Group is not responsible for such changes but will assist in communicating with providers when necessary.
8. Customer Responsibilities
By purchasing a vacation package, you agree to:
Provide accurate information during booking.
Comply with all terms and presentation attendance requirements.
Follow all resort policies during your stay.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during your interaction with Muckatina Consulting Group is used solely for booking, customer service, and promotional communications. We do not sell your information to third parties.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from services provided by Muckatina Consulting Group shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11. Changes to These Terms
Muckatina Consulting Group reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
